Camp Kuriakos, Sylvan Lake
The Camp is a place set apart for followers of Jesus Christ to be together for renewal, refreshment, and recreation. Camp Kuriakos has a rich heritage that clearly shows the Lord's hand acting through the dedicated efforts of Christian men and women. The summer of 2000 was the 70th anniversary celebration of the camp; a summary of those 70 years and more follows. |

Foothills Camp is located on the Little Red Deer River, and provides a variety of natural settings, as well as excellent facilities. Red Deer Youth & Volunteer Centre, Red Deer
The Youth & Volunteer Centre is a volunteer based organization that exists primarily for the children and families of Red Deer and district with a special concern for those facing social and economic challenges. In conjunction with families and other support systems, the organization offers children and youth opportunities and an environment in which to acquire the skills, knowledge and values to become fulfilled individuals. Camp Alexo offers a wide range of activities. |
